MOVIE PRODUCTION HIGHLIGHTS:
- Portland Community: Over 100 people directly participated in making this movie, contributing favors such as providing locations, drawing racy comics, driving a taxi, snorting fake cocaine, and agreeing to be scantily dressed extras for a furries orgy scene. A majority of these contacts were made through social media after production began.
- Portland Locations: Filming took place in all four quadrants of Portland, including South Waterfront. This interactive Google map includes film stills from each location.
- Part 2 of Domestic Trilogy: This is Mike Vogel’s second feature and the second film in a Domestic Trilogy that began with “The Waiting List,” which can be seen on YouTube with an annotated commentary. (The Waiting List = Parenting. Did You Kiss Anyone = Marriage.)
- Crowdfunded: This nanobudget movie was partially crowdfunded through a webseries called “Did You Cast Anyone?” Due to a large cast and multiple locations, the shooting schedule lasted 13 months.
